The role

Casual part-time cover for leave – available 16/9 –  25/10/2024

Reporting to the Business and Finance Manager the Payroll and HR Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • End to end payroll processing using CIM for approximately 125 employees
  • Managing master rosters
  • Onboarding documentation for new employees
  • Payroll queries
  • Monthly superannuation
  • Terminations

We are looking for candidates with the following

  • 2+ years experience in payroll and HR or similar role
  • Efficiency & attention to detail
  • Work autonomously
  • Good time management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to reconcile accounts
  • Knowledge of EBAs
  • An understanding of the importance of confidentiality
  • CIM experience advantageous but not essential
